Bread basics course

Course details
This 6-week Bread making course is designed as a hands-on introduction to baking bread at home. Each session lasts 2 hours, giving you time to learn and practice the basics step by step. You’ll make a range of simple breads including brown bread, Guinness bread, a white yeast loaf, tear & share, focaccia and finish with sweet buns. Each week builds on what you’ve learned, so you will gain confidence as you go. All ingredients, equipment, and aprons are provided, so you don’t need to bring anything except a tea towel and a bag to take your bakes home. Tea and coffee are available, and we take time each session to taste what we’ve baked.
