Course details

Our sourdough masterclass is a relaxed 4-hour workshop where you’ll learn all the key steps to making your own rustic sourdough bread at home. We’ll go through everything together, from measuring and kneading to proving your dough, with plenty of guidance along the way. While the dough is rising, we’ll take a break and enjoy lunch together. You’ll get lots of one-to-one support throughout the session, along with helpful tips — including how to create and care for your own sourdough starter so you can keep baking at home.
